There's no allocated parking but standard street parking on the road outside or at the nearby Perceval Institute.

Is it peaceful?

Very peaceful, especially out of season.  This area of St Minver, Churchtown, is near enough the action of Polzeath/Rock but minutes away from it all.  During the summer months the buzz of visitors and pub goers brings this area to life.

Is it far from the sea?

You'll need a car (or electric bike!) to access the beaches but all within 10 min drive away.  There are stunning views from the property...but no sea views!

Unfortunately there are steep Cornish slate steps leading to the front door so sadly not.

Absolutely.  Definitely worth asking.  Though if there's a quick turnaround it may be tricky to offer earlier check in.

Is the property dog friendly?

Yes. Well behaved dogs are most welcome, we just ask that all paws remain on the floors.  Also for them to not be left unattended in the property.  Dog sitter details available on request.

Is the garden/patio area dog proof?
